How do I find my child's team photos?
Search for your gallery on our Order Help page — just enter your child's last name and the event or school. If you can't find it there, the form on that page will help us track it down directly.
How do I order prints or digital downloads?
Once your gallery is live, order directly through our secure online store. Look for the "Online Ordering" link on our homepage, or the link emailed to you.
What packages do you offer?
Our sports team packages include Rising Star, Elite, and Rookie, plus à la carte prints, digital files, and specialty items like trading cards, banners, and yard signs. Can I buy digital files only, without prints?
Yes. Digital file bundles are available separately from print packages, from a single download up to a full digital bundle. They are emailed to you immediately after purchasing.
How long after photo day will our gallery be ready?
Typical turnaround time is 7-10 days after the photoshoot.
How long do I have to place my order?
We usually have discounts for ordering within 10-14 days, but we will keep the images online for about 6 weeks after the gallery goes live to sell.
My child missed photo day. What should we do?
Contact us through our Order Help page with your child's name and team, and we'll let you know what options are available.
Something's wrong with my order — wrong item, missing print, damaged product. Who do I contact?
Use our Order Help page and include your order number, your child's name, and team. We typically respond within 2 business days.
Do you offer discounts for multiple children or multiple sports?
We do offer a package called the Sibling Digital 2 that allows you to get two digitals of two different kids for a discount.

How do we book a photo day for our team or league?
Contact us through the form on our homepage with your organization name, sport, and preferred dates, and we'll follow up to schedule.
How far in advance should we book?
This depends on the time of the year, but the earlier the better — we find fall and spring slots book extremely quickly.
What happens if photo day gets rained out or needs to be rescheduled?
Contact us and we'll work with you to find a new date as quickly as possible.
What do you need from us before photo day?
A roster of players and parents' contact information, advance communication to parents about photo day, and access to the facility before scheduled photo times so we can set up.
Do parents pay directly, or does our organization handle billing?
Parents and guardians order and pay directly through our secure online store, which covers most of our cost for shooting your team or league. For smaller teams or leagues where parent order volume doesn't cover that cost, we may charge a small fee to your organization — we'll always let you know in advance if that applies to you, so there are no surprises.
Can we get a team banner, composite, or yard signs for our organization?
Yes — we offer composite plaques, yard signs, banners, and trading cards for teams and leagues. Reach out and we'll help put together an order for your organization. We love giving our leagues great deals.
Do you offer sponsorships or partnerships with leagues?
Yes — we love partnering with the leagues and teams we shoot for. Contact us to talk about what that could look like.
Who do we contact about an order issue, a roster correction, or a specific player's photo?

Do you work with the same organization across multiple sports or seasons?
Yes — many of our partner leagues and schools book us across multiple sports and seasons throughout the year.
